If you don't want to join as a member, and want to go to the gym just once in a while you may use the gym's facilities for a low cost. Costs do vary depending on the time and day you use the gym. The costs are as follows:
Off peak hours are: Mon to Fri 06.00am to 04.00pm
Peak hours are: Mon-Thurs 04.00pm to 10.30pm
Fri 04.00pm to 09.30pm
Sat-Sun 08.00am to 06.30pm
Off peak Hours

With the "Any time" membership deal, you may use the gym any time of the day or night and for as long as you like.
You may also setup a Direct Debit for either the 6 months or 1 year membership package.
With the "Day time" membership deal, you may use the gym for as long as you like during off peak hours.
Off peak hours are Mon to Fri 06.00am to 04.00pm
To use the gym outside of these hours the cost is £1.00 per session.
With the "Casual" membership deal, you (single) and a friend or partner (joined) pay a low membership charge for either 6 months or 1 year, and then pay the following to use the gym during either off peak or peak hours.
The cost during off peak hours is £3.50 per session.
Off peak hours are: Mon to Fri 06.00am to 04.00pm
The cost during peak hours is £4.50 per session.
Peak hours are: Mon-Thurs 04.00pm to 10.30pm
Fri 04.00pm to 09.30pm
Sat-Sun 08.00am to 06.30pm
With casual memberships, you pay all up front to to cover the whole 6 months or 1 year.

Ladies membership
With the "Any time" Ladies membership deal, you may use the gym any time of the day or night and for as long as you like.
With the Ladies membership package you pay all fees up front for the whole 1 year.

Early Bird training
This is for those who are dead serious about there training. To get strong and to seriously bulk up you need to train hard. VERY HARD.

It costs only £10.00 per week to use any of the gyms facilities for as long as you like. If you've paid during these time periods and when you finish you're workout and then decided to come back for more training, you're be then charged our standard rates as listed on this page.
